Issue: Our B2B division sought to increase sign-ups for Business Booker, a platform tailored for business travellers. To accomplish this, we introduced a 10% guaranteed discount – a first-ever offer for B2B customers. The challenge was to leverage paid media effectively to amplify awareness and drive conversions. The campaign was designed to run across both owned and paid channels, with a clear goal: maximise impact and boost sign-ups.
Insight: Discount-based campaigns are powerful because they tap into core psychological triggers like urgency, perceived value, and exclusivity. When executed strategically, discounts not only drive immediate sales but also foster long-term loyalty and enhance brand recognition. By positioning the 10% discount as a limited-time offer, we created a strong sense of urgency and exclusivity, motivating potential customers to act swiftly while reinforcing Premier Inn's value proposition.
Idea: We developed a confident and compelling visual strategy designed to captivate attention and inspire action across diverse channels. Central to our design was the transformative use of typography. By leveraging bold, striking fonts and depth-of-field treatments, we created an engaging and unforgettable campaign experience.
Enhancing the Premier Inn Sans typeface further amplified the campaign's impact. The result? A clear and visually striking message that resonated deeply with audiences, prompting swift and decisive action.
Impact: By combining an irresistible offer with precision targeting, we successfully engaged our B2B audience and significantly increased sign-ups for Business Booker during the campaign.
